Healthcare integration without the interface engine.
Excelsior is DocSpera’s managed connectivity layer. It terminates VPN or TLS-secured HL7 feeds, SFTP file drops, PACS connections and partner APIs, normalizes everything into one canonical event contract, and routes clinical events into scheduling, case readiness and episode tracking.
Onboarding a new interface is configuration, not an engineering project: each client is an entry in a registry plus a mapping override, deployed in its own isolated gateway.
See it running
HL7 message, end to end
Follow one SIU^S12 scheduling message from an EMR through the Excelsior gateway: MLLP receipt and ACK, field-by-field mapping, canonical event, schema validation, and fan-out to platform workflows.
Live interface network
Every inbound and outbound connection Excelsior runs today, by protocol: HL7 v2 over VPN and TLS, SFTP flat files, FHIR R4 export, PACS and partner APIs.
What Excelsior runs on
HL7 v2, FHIR R4, SFTP files, signed webhooks and partner APIs, normalized into one canonical event contract.
Finds each case’s studies in PACS, de-identifies them and delivers them to device partners.
