Johnson & Johnson MedTech · Materialise In production Orthopedic device partners

Advance notice of every case, with its imaging, for the device partner.

Advanced Case Management gives device companies an early demand signal: when a surgery is scheduled at a participating practice, the case reaches the device partner weeks ahead instead of days. That lead time lets the partner send right-sized instrument sets just in time, which matters most in ASCs with little room for inventory or sterilization.

For robotic and patient-specific orthopedic procedures, the device partner needs the right CT or X-ray before surgery. The platform finds each case’s studies in the practice’s PACS, de-identifies them and delivers them to Johnson & Johnson and Materialise.

A reconciliation pipeline sorts every case into delivered, resent, unresolvable or needs-review. The ones automation can’t fix become worklist items, auto-assigned across the operations team.
