DocSpera
Concentra In production Occupational health · 600+ centers

Concentra’s appointment scheduling and patient texting run on DocSpera.

Concentra runs DocSpera’s scheduling engine and staff scheduling interface. Its practice systems push appointments, centers and clinician shifts into the platform through a signed integration contract, and staff schedule from the real-time web app, which suggests the right clinician and time and warns about clashes.

Patients get bilingual text reminders. A reply of “no”, or a question the system can’t answer, becomes a live task for staff instead of a phone call. The next phase adds two-way AI texting, guardrailed self-rescheduling and telemed outreach.
